Something had been wrong with my computer devices for two weeks. I couldn't access the internet from my house. With Help, which is one of my computer's function, it got clear that my computer itself did work out.

So I bought LAN cable at Big Camera. All I could do is to change the cable. I thought I should call customer service if I couldn't access this time either. But it works!
